Official module · v2.6.2

Your PrestaShop, talking on WhatsApp.

You choose which points of the order trigger a message and what it says. The module writes for you, in each customer’s language and from your own number.

The order’s journey

From “thanks for your order” to “it’s at your door”.

Five moments when your customer wants to know something. Five messages that go out on their own, from your number.

Abandoned carts

You can write to people who never checked out. But not any way you like.

The module messages people who left items in the basket, with a link back to where they left off. And it ships with the brakes on, because this is not an order notice.

This is marketing, not an order notice

Spanish LSSI law requires prior consent, and the “similar products” exemption requires a previous purchase — an abandoned cart is not one. On top of that, unsolicited messaging gets your number reported and blocked by WhatsApp; if that happens you also lose the order notices, which are perfectly legitimate.

An opt-out link in every messageThe {link_baja} tag is in the template from the very first moment.
Time windowNo messages at three in the morning: you pick the hours it may send.
Minimum amountChase only the carts worth chasing, not the three-euro ones.
Off by defaultIt cannot switch itself on. You enable it, once you have consent.

Everything it does

What your PrestaShop will do on its own from today

Everything below comes inside the module. Nothing is a paid add-on.

The core Automatic notices by order status You tick the statuses you want and write the text for each one. The module hooks into four points of the order cycle, so it does not matter who changes the status.
Languages One template per language
ESENFRCA
The languages enabled in your shop, with the default one marked.
Tags Ten order details, with a copy button
{nombre} {apellido} {producto_pedido} {cantidad} {precio} {plazo} {tienda} {link} {order_number} {tracking}
Your number You choose which WhatsApp account speaks The module lists the connected accounts from your panel. It is not a borrowed or shared number.
Sign-up Ask for a mobile at registration An optional field on your shop’s form, off by default. It is the number to reach them on before their first order.
Welcome A greeting right after signing up Sent once only, with its own template per language.
Abandoned carts Win back the basket left half-finished With chained reminders, a time window, a minimum amount and an opt-out link. Off by default: this is marketing and it needs consent.
Support It diagnoses itself It tells your account which version it runs and what broke. It sends nothing about your customers, and a “see what is sent” button proves it.
Traceability A log of what was touched What changed, when and by whom. Kept for twelve months, and the API key is never stored there.
Maintenance It tells you when a new version is out Right inside the back office, and only if your PrestaShop can actually install it.
Compatibility PrestaShop 1.7 to 9 And updates do not wipe out the settings you already have.
Price Free. No card. Download the ZIP, upload it to your shop, and that is it.

Setting it up

Create the key that joins your shop to your accountUnder “API and Webhooks” you generate a new key and copy it.
Paste it into your PrestaShopOn the module’s Settings tab. It is verified on the spot and tells you if something does not add up.
Decide when to notify and what to sayStart with two or three key statuses, measure the response and expand from there. Less is more.
Optional: write to people who have not bought yetMobile at sign-up, welcome message and abandoned carts. All three ship switched off.
