• Backup before intervention when the hosting allows it, preserving the initial state.
• Removal of detected malware and backdoors; review of affected areas.
• Correction of the identified cause and basic security settings within the website scope.
• Functional checks and a report of changes and recommendations.
• Help requesting a Google security review when applicable; removal of warnings depends on Google.

€95 + VAT. Diagnosis included, with no separate plan required. 50% at the start and the balance on completion.

Rate for one website and domain. Development, migrations, licences and additional work require a separate quote and prior approval.

After payment: we confirm your case, review the incident and coordinate access and intervention with you.

Timing: availability and an estimate are confirmed after reviewing the case and receiving access. Priority does not guarantee recovery within hours.

Separate diagnosis is optional. If already paid, it is deducted on the final invoice for cleanup of the same domain ordered within 30 days; the initial payment is not automatically discounted.
