Why search the files for the sentence the draft can already cite?

The citation hands the search back.

Email AI gives back the time you would spend looking for the sentence. You upload policies, rates and contracts. The reply points at the passage it came from. If there are no passages, confidence stays at or below 0.6 and that draft does not auto-approve.

  • PDF, Word, Excel, ODT, ODS, images, JSON, CSV and text. Up to 25 MB per file and 50 files per upload.
  • The thread is tied by the email references, by sender and subject, or by similarity.
  • If the case matches one of your replies above the template threshold, that text is reused. The catalog puts that at 2–3 seconds.
  • Email AI writes the draft. You ask for it in Spanish, English, French or Catalan.

The citation

The sentence is already in your files. The search is no longer yours.

You upload policies, rates and contracts. The reply points at the passage it came from. If there are no passages, that draft does not leave alone: a person sees it.

  2. A case you already answered is not written againIf it matches one of your replies above the threshold, that text is reused. The match is settled in a few seconds.
  3. With no source, it stays on the deskIf there are no passages, confidence does not go above 0.6 and it does not auto-approve. You ask for the draft in Spanish, English, French or Catalan.
